Learning design for organisational sustainability
Available on Udemy, this course comprises a number of video lectures and practical assignments that are designed to help people develop learning and development programmes that will be more effective at supporting organisational sustainability activities.
Its content draws heavily on my book "Learning strategies for sustainable organisations".
The course contains about two hours of video lectures, each of which is supported by a practical assignment which asks you to look at how you would approach some aspect of learning and development for your organisation's approach to sustainability.
It draws heavily on a systems thinking approach to designing and delivering learning and development.
By the time you have completed the course you will have made a good start on a thorough learning needs assessment.
