Designing effective learning materials

This workshop looks at the systematic approach to learning design. It generally takes about three days, but this depends on your exact needs.

It is applicable to designing all types of learning activity, but can be tailored to cover e-learning specifically if required.

How does this course run?

I offer the course in two formats:

• Face-to-face: a good way of developing the skills of a learning design team
• On-line: working through each section and completing assignments that you can e-mail to me for my comment

Identifying solutions to performance problems

This workshop looks at how to find out what is really going on when people are not performing well, and shows you different techniques you can use to find effective solutions.

This workshop looks at thow to design intranet-based guidance so that it really helps people to do their job.
