training to all its staff on how to work more effectively with
people from different cultures. Collaborating
with WalkGrove
Ltd and Global
Excellence Ltd, Bryan designed a four hour e-learning
programme covering aspects of working with cultural differences
that would be of particular importance to both British and
locally-recruited FCO staff.
This
covered such topics as:

managing culture shock

dealing with different cultural perspectives

returning home after an overseas assignment.
