Bryan worked with a team developing over 100 hours of e-learning materials for staff who were going to be administering the new Pension Credit entitlement.

This covered both systems training and product knowledge.

This was work on the design of e-learning for DWP's Financial Assessors. It simulated interviews with customers claiming Jobseeker's Allowance.

Local Services team members are generalists visiting customers in their homes, community centres, etc., advising on entitlements to benefits. This e-learning provided background knowledge about a wide range of relevant benefits and entitlements.
