Bryan Hopkins is a learning and information design consultant with over 20 years of experience in developing effective solutions for customers.

Analysing training needs - looking at knowledge, skill, motivational and environmental factors affecting performance, identifying appropriate and cost-effective strategies and solutions.

Design and development of:

  • paper-based and e-learning solutions
  • intranet information systems - consultancy in effective information structure and design based on performance improvement principles
  • workshops using problem-based and action-learning principles.

Training individuals and teams in:

  • Performance problem analysis - one day workshops looking at performance problems, their root causes and potential solutions.
  • Instructional design - the systematic approach to designing effective e-learning, paper-based and workshop courses (delivered face-to-face or on-line).
  • Information design - a systematic approach to designing information based on what people need to use the information for.
